We encountered several issues during our stay. First, the pool area felt exclusive, with premier members always occupying the best chairs. Additionally, it was frustrating to find that many guests were waiting for restaurant reservations due to the limited availability for non-premier members. Overall, the experience left us feeling undervalued as regular guests.

Dining with personalized care from the chefs made my stay exceptional. The activities team not only kept us entertained but also fostered a fun atmosphere where my wife became fully engaged.

The staff was amazing! They treated us like royalty and really went above and beyond to make everything special. One night near the pool, the bartenders remembered our drink orders without us even saying anything, that was a nice touch! And I’ve gotta tell you about the deep tissue massage I got. It was like therapy and relaxation combined! We spent hours just lounging by the enormous pool, with drinks in hand, feeling completely at peace with each other.

It wasn’t inexpensive, but considering the experience we had, it was still acceptable.

Missing breakfast was another charming touch—didn't know room service was a thing. you'd think as an esteemed guest, I’d at least get a welcome gift or something for my troubles. just couldn’t give this a better review.

The seaside views were fine. The staff was helpful, especially Manuelita at breakfast. The room was clean and well-maintained. Activities were engaging and fun, thanks to the playmakers. We enjoyed tasty meals with diverse options.

Had an awesome stay! The beach was perfect for a lazy day, and the ocean view room was spacious and comfy. Only bummer was that the evening entertainment could've been a bit livelier. Otherwise, a great experience overall!

This was just a perfect match for a weekend escape in Puerto Morelos with exceptional value. The ocean view from our room was breathtaking, making it a memorable stay. Take plenty of sunscreen for the beach, as it gets hot!
